Macnaught Positive Displacement Flow Meters

A comprehensive range of low cost / high spec flow meters with model options suited to a varied and diverse array of fluid media applications. Installation is simple and flexible for both pump and gravity fed systems, and to make life easier M-Series meters are exceptionally durable and simple to service in the field.

Reliability:
M-Series meters are designed to contain very few wearable and replaceable parts. Meter construction enables fast and easy on-site servicing without the need to remove the body from the pipe work.

M1 & M2 low flow models:
The smallest models in the M-Series range provide low cost high resolution pulse meters capable of measuring fluids with viscosity's from 1 to 1000 centipoise. Body and rotor materials are either PPS or 316 S/Steel with Hastalloy C shafts available for extremely aggressive chemicals. Pulse output is either Hall effect or reed switch.

M5 to M50 small to high flow models:
Higher pressure ratings than the standard M1 & M2 as well as a variety of connection types, pulse output and display options make for a high degree of diversity among the rest of the models within the M-Series range.
Aluminium or 316 S/steel bodies and a choice of PPS or S/Steel rotors are some of the options designed to help you tailor the flow meter to your particular needs. All models feature exceptionally low pressure drops of less than 1 Bar at full flow allowing for economical pump selection or gravity fed applications.

Display Options:
Head mounted and remote display options specific to M-Series meters are available, although various output options ensure M-Series meters are compatible with many types of third party instrumentation.

Applications:
M-Series meters will accurately measure, mix, batch and dose an extremely wide variety of fluid mediums including aggressive and intrinsically safe applications. A choice of construction and sealing materials coupled with high viscosity and high temperature options enable the engineer to select a model which is tailored to the application at hand.
